Our story
From a One-Person Practice to a Team of 10+
ADA & Co. was founded by CA Ankit Agarwal on 13th June 2013 in Delhi. It began as a single-partner (proprietor) firm and has since grown into a robust practice with more than 10 staff.
We offer a full range of financial services — business, taxation, audit and accounting. Whether you are just starting out or run a mature business, our emphasis is the same: personalised, one-on-one service.
Our services are used by individuals (residents and non-residents), corporates (SMEs, large corporates and MNCs) and NGOs, all over India and abroad.

Meet the founder
CA Ankit Agarwal
Founder & Principal, ADA & Co.
Ankit is a Chartered Accountant based in Delhi and the founder of ADA & Co. He specialises in direct and indirect taxation, and advises clients across the full range of business, taxation, audit and accounting services.
He has handled GST audits, bank audits, stock audits, PSU audits and AR/AP reconciliations, and has represented clients in tax litigation before Indian tax authorities.
